Our Team

Our amazing team of volunteers are committed to helping, celebrating, and supporting cancer survivors and warriors. Our goal is to support our "sisters" by raising funds for cancer research and services. We also sponsor an Annual Prom Night to celebrate the fabulous ladies that have fought or are fighting cancer and to honor those we have lost! Think you would be a good fit? See our form below for more information!

Our History

In 2014, Western Mass Mom Prom made its debut. But Mom Proms have been held throughout the United States since the mid 2000's, with each Mom Prom locally organized and benefits whatever cause the local organizers choose to support. We are a proud to be part of the nation-wide Mom Prom organization which was originally established in Canton Michigan in 2006. You can learn more about MomProm at www.momprom.org.

Since its inception, our local Western Mass Mom Prom has brought hundreds of women together to celebrate cancer survivors, warriors, and their support systems.  We are more than just an ordinary charity raising funds against cancer (tens of thousands since our inception to be exact), we are an organization run by women, for women The supportive energy at our events are contagious ~ attend an event and you will see first hand!

We are a registered 501c  Nonprofit.

Cancer House of Hope

Cancer House of Hope works to enhance the lives of people with cancer and those who care about them by providing emotional, educational, social, and spiritual support. At the House, we provide free-of-charge cancer support services and relaxation programs for those who face this devastating disease. Our volunteers help out around the House answering phones, coordinating outreach events, but most of all, just being here for someone in need of information, guidance, and comfort.

Cancer Survivors/Warriors

The yearly fundraising efforts allow us to make large donations to our charities, as well as, host an amazing Prom themed ladies’ night out. We sponsor nominated Survivors and Warriors to attend our Prom event, free of charge. They are treated to the works, hair, makeup, gown, dinner, dancing, special raffles, gift bags and more. The energy at our event is truly amazing, there’s laughter, dancing, singing, a night of nothing to do but smile and have fun!
